The challenge
Single-circuit stores meant any ISP issue took the location offline, sales paused, cameras stopped recording, and store managers spent hours on the phone with carriers. The chain needed predictable connectivity without paying for fully redundant fiber at every site.
What we built
We designed an SD-WAN architecture that blends terrestrial fiber with Starlink at each site, with policy-based routing for POS and camera traffic. Cutover was staged store-by-store with documented rollback. Every site ships with a tested failover runbook the in-house team can execute.
What changed
Stores stay online through individual circuit failures with no operator intervention. Carrier escalations dropped sharply because failover happens before users notice. The architecture is vendor-portable, swapping a carrier at any site is a configuration change, not a redesign.
